Matt has a rotation this month at ISU so we got to come home! I love fall, it is so gorgeous and colorful! On our way home we stopped in Utah and stayed with my grandma and grandpa Andrus. It was so fun to see them and have them see little Sophie. A lot of my other family got to see her too because my aunt and uncle blessed their baby and baptized their little girl on the same day, so we were grateful we could be there for that. My family is so amazing and supportive and I love them so much! And, now we are in Idaho and I couldn't be happier!

What They Learn in Church
Sadie has said the cutest things that she has learned from Primary.
"Mom, I learned about the Holy Ghost today. He's not a scary ghost, he is a friendly ghost that helps me say my prayers."
For birthday's the Bishop gives them a card and if they take it to His office then they get a treat, so Sadie said, "I need to take my card to the President to get my treat."
When Sadie got done saying her prayers she looked up at me and said, "I really felt the Spirit, I really felt the Gospel."
"Mom, Heavenly Father is really important to the Gospel."
"Mom, I know who baptized Jesus, John the baptized"
And, the other day Connor was wearing his Scooby Doo underwear and he was being so naughty and I asked him if he wanted a spankin and he looked up ready to cry and said, "No mom, don't spank Scooby Doo!"
Sadie has lost like 5 teeth already. Well, the last couple we haven't been able to find to put under her pillow, so the last one she lost it wasn't were she put it and she was so frustrated that she yelled, "I'm sick of losing my teeth!"

Sophie's First Day of Church
Have I said how grateful I am for her yet??
She finally fits into 0-3 months
I adore every moment with her
Her "bling" binkie that Jess gave her
I don't know why I though it was so cute, but seeing Sophie at church today with us just really touched me. It has been 6 weeks, so Sophie and I decided to get back to the "active" list before they sent the missionaries over! I guess just this whole experience with being able to even have another baby, to actually getting her here has been so emotional and I just pray that Heavenly Father knows of my gratitude! So, it meant a lot to me to have her at church with us!

Doug & Krystal
Make a Smilebox slideshow |
The last couple of weeks have been so much fun for me. My little brother Doug came for a couple of days to see Sophie (thanks Rebekah for letting him come)!! It was really good for the kids to have Doug around to play with them and give them tons of attention. It meant so much to them. It was a blast for Matt to have a guy around! I have always had a special relationship with Doug, so for me it meant the world. Thank you Doug for making the effort, we love you so much! Then, after Doug left my little sister Krystal got to come with her darling little boy Bridger (thanks Bryce for letting them come)! It was so fun to have her here. It was so special and I really miss them already. The effort was so sweet and appreciated. I loved spending time with Krys and seeing her as the most darling mom! She is so patient, giving, and beautiful. She was so sweet to my kids and helped me find some cute things after being pregnant. Oh, and the best part was that I converted her to Chipotle. Is there a greater accomplishment? I love you so much Krys! Thanks again for everything!
