Matt had to leave at 6:30 Easter morning so I made the kids stay in their clothes all day so that Matt could see them when he got off that night. They were dying!!
So Easter was really fun and really crazy. Matt had to leave for work by 6:30 so we were on our own. The kids got up and did their Easter Egg Hunt, then we got ready for church. After church we drove straight up to see Grandma and Grandpa Payne. Then, we drove to see Grandpa and Grandma Peterson. Everyone came over and my parents had an Easter Basket with a stuffed animal and a huge Easter Egg hunt ready for the kids. It was so fun! We hurried home so that Matt could see the kids in their Easter Clothes and spend 2 seconds with them. Even though it was a crazy day I am so grateful for the true meaning of Easter and for everything Jesus has done for us so we have a chance of some hope and happiness in this crazy life!
